i wish there was a way to capture what happened in church last night with a snap shot.  pictures would never be enough.  i wish there was a way to gather up all of my loves, every single last one, into the house that we get to call church home.

gateway has been focusing on getting all of church filled with the holy spirit.  pastor robert taught this weekend that its a part of salvation.  a three step process.  1. coming into the body of christ.  2. water baptism.  3. baptism of the holy spirit.  all throughout the new testament, that was the standard.  and man, it is a beautiful thing to watch your church body embrace that, and be FILLED!  so so beautiful!

THEN service last night...  a special service once a month that focuses on the habitation of god's presence into our lives....  was...  beautiful.  worship was, well, the presence of god was tangeable.  the message was simple and pure.  focus on choosing the tree of life (rather than the tree of the knowledge of good and evil) no matter what your circumstances.  and be grateful always.  let your thankfulness multiply in all times.  that's it.  then BAM! ministry time.  too much too deep too touchy feely vulnerableness that would drive you crazy if i went into detail but lets just say healing happened.  restoration of family and relationship was finished right there last night.  and i am SO excited to watch it play out in the physical, what is already done in the spiritual.

i'm marking this day as one to be remembered.  a moment of moving into the next phase of my life.  a time when what's ahead is just too darned captivating to even think about looking back.
